Job summary
A London-based legal recruitment agency is seeking a fully qualified Trade Mark Attorney/Solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience. Responsibilities
- Providing pre‑filing advice to clients.
- Conducting trade mark clearance searches.
- Filing and prosecution of trade mark applications.
- Handling non-contentious and contentious matters.
- Advising on other IP matters.
- Developing the trade marks practice.
