This growing agricultural property team is seeking a senior-level agricultural property solicitor to join their busy team in Poole. The role involves working on a range of agricultural property matters, including landlord and tenant issues, partnerships, joint ventures, and other rural enterprise matters.
The ideal candidate will have extensive agricultural experience and be looking to advance their career. The team is planning to expand into Devon and Dorset, and the successful solicitor will play a key role in this growth. Therefore, having existing contacts and a strong reputation in the field is important. Confidence in building and leading a team, along with solid technical expertise, is essential.
Applicants should be senior solicitors from reputable firms, at Senior Associate or Partner level, typically with around 8 years' PQE.
