Job description

We are working closely with two clients in Milton Keynes seeking Commercial Property Solicitors.

Depending on the experience of the successful candidate, this can be a hybrid role, involving a mix of remote working and the firm's modern offices Milton Keynes.

They're looking for an experienced commercial property solicitor, with around 3 yrs plus experience.

The role

• Handling a broad range of real estate and real estate finance work, on behalf of clients including property development.
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of transaction documents, including purchase and sale contracts, option agreements, commercial leases, agreements for lease and other occupational documentation
• Carrying out due diligence, such as reviewing and reporting on title, planning and searches and the preparation of draft certificates and overview reports

The candidate

• The successful candidate may have c 3 yrs PQE as a very rough guide, but candidates outside this range are invited to apply
• Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Experience of working with developers, borrowers, investors, landlords and tenants
