Who we’re looking for
- Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with 1yr+ in COP or Private Client
- Sound understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Court of Protection Rules
- Comfortable handling client contact, out-of-office visits and real-world legal challenges
- Compassionate and committed to helping vulnerable clients and their families
- STEP qualification or interest in gaining it
- Interest in building a long-term career in property & affairs COP work
