• Collaborating on cross-border deals and high-profile mandates.
• Contributing to business development, client relationships, and team growth.

• 7+ years' PQE at a leading UK or international firm.
• Expertise in commercial contracts, technology, outsourcing, and IP transactions.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy, AI, and emerging technologies is advantageous.
• Proven leadership in complex legal matters and client development.
• Experience mentoring junior lawyers.
