Job summary

A specialist claimant law firm in the UK is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to manage a caseload of Clinical Negligence, RTA, and Personal Injury claims. The role offers excellent progression opportunities in a supportive, expert-led environment. Hybrid working is available, requiring 2 days in the office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 6 months PQE and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing your own caseload of Clinical Negligence, RTA, and Personal Injury claims from instruction to settlement
  • Drafting legal documents, including letters of claim, schedules of loss, and witness statements
  • Instructing and analysing medical reports
  • Negotiating settlements with defendants and insurers
  • Liaising with clients, experts, and counsel throughout the litigation process
  • Ensuring compliance with protocols, limitation deadlines, and procedural requirements
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 6 months PQE experience handling RTA, PI, or Clinical Negligence casework
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client care skills
  • Ability to manage cases independently and achieve positive outcomes for clients
