The Role

You'll handle a broad range of rural property and agricultural work, advising on:

  • Freehold and leasehold transactions, including buying and selling estates and farmland
  • Farm Business Tenancies (FBTs) and Agricultural Holdings Act (AHA) tenancies
  • Agricultural refinancing, secured lending, and estate restructuring
  • Natural capital and diversification projects, including rewilding and ESG initiatives
  • Emerging opportunities in viticulture and renewable energy
