A methodical and team oriented Paralegal is required to join our client s General Counsel division and provide support to the team ensuring exceptional levels of legal services.
- Assisting on projects, supporting elements of onboarding, contract review from a legal and regulatory perspective and carrying out due diligence checks amongst other tasks.
- The ideal applicant will have experience gained in a similar role in a legal environment supported by a relevant legal qualification.
- A pragmatic risk management and confident approach is essential along with the ability to build strong relationships and balance competing demands.
