Job Title: Residential Property Administrator / Legal Assistant: In-House

Location: High Wycombe

One of our clients, an established charity based in High Wycombe, are looking for a residential property administrator / legal assistant to join their team and manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters. You will be instructing a variety of professional firms on the charity’s behalf and so you must have exceptional client and communication skills and be confident liaising with external stakeholders.

A selection of responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out searches on title
  • Liaising with Freeholder and Management Company in relation to leaseholder packs and dealing with Notices post completion
  • Case managing the transfer of property assets
  • Liaising with external law firms to carry out legal work
  • Dealing with lease extensions
  • Liaising with the local authority
  • Assisting with the management of shared ownership transactions
  • Providing advice on development agreements and join ventures

It is essential that you have experience as a property paralegal / administrator / legal assistant / case manager.

You must have proven work experience and knowledge of the conveyancing processes from initial instruction to post completion from either another in-house environment or law firm, have excellent attention to detail and be highly organised and reliable.
