  • Supporting the execution of private equity transactions, including investments, exits, and restructurings
  • Assisting with due diligence processes and managing data rooms
  • Drafting and reviewing ancillary documents, board minutes, and corporate authorisations
  • Conducting legal research and preparing client-ready reports
  • Liaising with clients, counter parties, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with post-completion formalities
