Job Description
  • Preparing and submitting visa applications under the Points-Based Immigration System (e.g. Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility)
  • Assisting with Sponsor Licence applications, renewals, and compliance
  • Supporting private client immigration matters for individuals and families
  • Drafting legal correspondence, application forms, and supporting documentation
  • Liaising with clients, the Home Office, and internal teams
  • Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case records
The Successful Applicant
  • Law degree or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience in immigration law (ideally 3+ months in a legal or professional services setting)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
