The successful candidate will join as a Corporate Partner, working with existing clients and bringing in new business. The highly rated corporate team handles a variety of matters for clients including family businesses, banks, financial institutions, and listed companies.

Applicants should have at least 10 years of experience managing their own corporate caseload, including joint ventures, shareholder agreements, private equity, start-ups, and share options. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach and seek to develop their expertise further, especially in sectors like manufacturing, engineering, and technology.
