Due to the development and national expansion of the firm's Private Client department across Lancashire / Cumbria it is now seeking to appoint an experienced & technically strong Solicitor to work alongside their highly reputable team.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of wills, trusts, probate, powers of attorney and tax advice.

The Candidate

• Private Client Solicitor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
• STEP qualification would be advantageous but not essential
• Ambitious and highly motivated, with a proven record of technical knowledge
• Strong commercial acumen
• Experience gained in a high street or regional firm
