Description

The Commercial Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

• Providing expert legal advice on a range of commercial matters including tech transformations, cloud and SaaS arrangements, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, facilities management outsourcing, logistics, IT licences, & commercial contracts.
• Advising a range of clients across the public and private sector.
• Supporting clients with risk management strategies.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Supporting on business development

Profile

The successful Commercial Solicitor should have:

• Around 1 years PQE
• Proven experience in Commercial law
• Already be working for a law firm or In-house role
• Strong academics
