• Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters including technology disputes, product liability and international arbitration.
• Supporting the Partners on high value disputes work.
• Getting involved in other methods of ADR.
• Supporting with marketing and events.

Profile

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be / have:

• Likely to have around 1-4 years PQE
• Strong academics
• Likely to be working for a large regional, national or international law firm
• Proven experience managing a range of dispute resolution cases.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ties to Leeds
