Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Corporate Solicitor in London with 5+ PQE. The role involves handling mid to high-value M&A, venture capital, and investment work across various sectors. The successful candidate will be expected to independently draft and lead negotiations on key transaction documents such as share and asset purchase agreements, investment and shareholders agreements, and articles of association. You will manage deals through to completion, supervise junior associates, and proactively maintain client relationships.

The ideal candidate will:
