Job Description:

A ranked Legal 500 law firm located close to Basildon are recruiting a Commercial Property Associate Solicitor of 3 years PQE.

You will be taking on an existing caseload, working alongside one of the senior partners handling a broad range of commercial property transactions. Typical deals are acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, business lease renewals, site assembly, estate development and property work for educational institutions, pension schemes, investor clients, insolvency practitioners and charities.

There are real, long term career prospects for the right person.

Skills and Expertise:

Solicitor of England & Wales and a minimum of 3 years PQE in the field of commercial property

Experience of handling your own caseload with minimal supervision

Be commercially minded

Ability to understand client needs

Have high attention to detail
