This hybrid position allows for up to 3 days of remote work per week. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial property, excellent communication skills, and an interest in business development. This thriving, highly respected, boutique firm based in Liverpool Street that punches way above its weight is looking for a mid-tier – circa 4-5 years PQE solicitor to join their thriving commercial property team.
This is a hybrid opportunity where you will be able to work from home up to 3 days per week from first day of employment.
- Acting for borrowers in refinancing.
- Granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants.
- Acting for developers in site acquisitions and subsequent finance and sales.
- Minimum 3-5 years Post Qualification Experience, however, we may be flexible on this
- Dependent on experience and for someone with exceptional background.
- Experience in dealing with all aspect of primarily commercial property but also residential property.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Interest and proven ability in business development.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in bridging finance would be a distinct advantage.
