• Manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including complex transactions and new build purchases

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple offices to maintain the firm’s strong regional reputation

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with solid experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong expertise in handling new build purchases
• Confident managing a varied caseload independently
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• A proactive, flexible, and client-focused approach
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues is desirable
