Job Description
  • Advising clients on all aspects of real estate disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
  • Attending court hearings and mediations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to provide holistic legal solutions.

The Successful Applicant
  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (1-3 years PQE preferred).
