Overview

Commercial Solicitor. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Solicitor to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, distribution agreements, agency agreements, terms and conditions, and service agreements.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex contractual documentation.
  • Provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused advice to clients across a range of sectors.
  • Manage matters autonomously from instruction through to completion, with minimal supervision.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality service.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the commercial team.
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with solid experience in commercial law.
  • Strong technical knowledge and proven ability to handle contractual matters independently.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to provide practical, client-focused solutions.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and able to manage a varied workload effectively.
  • Business development experience is desirable but not essential.
