This thriving, highly respected, boutique firm based in Liverpool Street that punches way above its weight is looking for a mid-tier – circa 4-5 years PQE solicitor to join their thriving commercial property team.

This is a hybrid opportunity where you will be able to work from home up to 3 days per week from first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Acting for borrowers in refinancing.
• Granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants.
• Acting for developers in site acquisitions and subsequent finance and sales.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years Post Qualification Experience, however, we may be flexible on this
• Dependent on experience and for someone with exceptional background.
• Experience in dealing with all aspect of primarily commercial property but also residential property.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Interest and proven ability in business development.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in bridging finance would be a distinct advantage.
