THE ROLE

Take responsibility for a broad caseload of commercial litigation matters, including commercial disputes, asset and debt recovery, contested probate, and property disputes. Work with a diverse client base ranging from individuals and SMEs to larger corporations. Advise on risk management and strategy while guiding clients through complex and sensitive dispute resolution issues. Represent clients at all stages of the dispute resolution process, including negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

THE CANDIDATE
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE within a Commercial Litigation position.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Expertise across a broad range of matters, including commercial property disputes, breach of contract claims, shareholder and director disputes, and contentious probate.
  • Strong client relationship skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, SMEs, and larger businesses.
