Job title: Private Client Senior Associate/ Partner

Salary: £60,000-£85,000+ DOE
PQE Level: 5+ PQE

A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Senior Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its thriving Private Client team. With a long-standing reputation for excellence across the Thames Valley, the firm combines heritage with a modern, people-first approach.

You'll be part of a collaborative team advising on wills, probate, tax and trusts, managing a high-quality caseload with autonomy and support. The role offers scope to contribute to strategic initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, and play an active part in business development. What We're Looking For:
5+ years' PQE in private client law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience leading people or projects
Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
A team player who thrives in a values-driven culture
