Interior Designer Sales-Focused

Salary: £24,000-£35,000 + uncapped commission | Full-Time

We're working with a luxury interiors business in North West London, looking for a talented Interior Designer with a strong sales focus. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who loves crafting stunning interiors while driving furniture and design service sales.

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and client proposals for high-end residential projects
• Source and procure furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with client needs
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and attend client meetings
• Create technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or similar software
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly
• Drive sales of interior design services and luxury furniture solutions

• 3+ years' experience in residential interior design in the UK
• Proven track record in sales within design or furniture retail (minimum 3 years)
• Strong knowledge of FF&E sourcing and procurement
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel
• Detail-oriented with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and confidently

• £24,000-£35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission (typically £2,000-£5,000 per month)
