The role involves leading projects across the South West and South Wales, gaining hands-on experience, and receiving full support for APC completion. Candidates should have 1–3 years of consultancy experience and a proactive attitude. The salary ranges from £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience.

- Lead and deliver projects across the South West and South Wales, from heritage and conservation work to higher education, commercial, and residential sectors.
- Get hands‑on experience in building surveying, reporting, and client liaison.
- Work closely with a small, collaborative team and see projects through from start to finish.
- Mainly project-focused work, with support and guidance for APC submissions.
