A small, hands-on building consultancy in Bristol is looking for an ambitious APC-level Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team of 5. This is a great opportunity to take real responsibility, work on a range of projects, and complete your APC with full support from experienced surveyors.

The Role:

• Lead and deliver projects across the South West and South Wales, from heritage and conservation work to higher education, commercial, and residential sectors.
• Get hands‑on experience in building surveying, reporting, and client liaison.
• Work closely with a small, collaborative team and see projects through from start to finish.
• Mainly project-focused work, with support and guidance for APC submissions.
