Our Property Consultancy is seeking a Residential Surveyor / Stock Condition Surveyor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field-based data collection, stock condition surveys, and EPC assessments
  • Support survey management and coordinate with fieldwork managers
  • Liaise with data analysts and the wider consultancy team
  • Carry out reinspections, QA checks, and site visits
  • Handle confidential data and contribute to asset management insights
  • Complete Decent Homes and HHSRS assessments and validations
  • Assist with resolving surveyor-related issues or client complaints
Skills & Experience
  • Qualification such as ONC/HND in Construction/Building or RICS/CIOB membership (highly desirable)
  • Sound knowledge of asset management, compliance, and statutory best practices
  • Additional compliance qualifications (DEA, FPA, NEBOSH, P402/405) are desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear communication skills
  • Experience with databases, digital survey tools, and data analysis
  • Projects are primarily London-based, though travel to other regions may be required depending on project allocation.
