Our team of 400+ RICS registered experts provides commercial, residential, and rural property valuations to banks and building societies, property companies, developers, investors, and fund managers.
This team comprises two Directors, an Associate Director, one Senior Surveyor, and a Graduate. The team has a proven track record of nurturing and developing graduates and newly qualified surveyors, supporting them through their APC and early career stages at Savills.
Working throughout the UK and Europe, our experts undertake thousands of valuations each year, either on a one-off or repeat basis. Our services extend across various sectors, including leisure, healthcare, and hotels.
Savills only pay agency fees where we have a signed agreement in place and the agency has been previously contacted and directed by a member of our recruitment team. We do not pay agency fees for speculative and unsolicited CVs submitted to Savills or any of our employees outside of our careers website and recruitment process.
