Qualifications

• Minimum AssocRICS with a RICS accredited degree or MRICS /FRICS qualifications.
• Strong track record in Surveying.
• Registered Valuer Status.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work including Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys.
• Conducting Red Book Valuations and Bespoke Building Surveys.
• Liaising with clients and maintaining relationships to ensure deadlines are met.

Job description

We are currently representing a multi-disciplinary practice incorporating in both Residential and Commercial work, who are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their practice. The role will include undertaking a range of valuation and surveying work including Level 2 and 3, Red book Valuations, Bespoke Building Surveys, help to buy and probate. Working hours:

• Full Time or Part Time
• Home-based working role.

The successful Residential Surveyor, will be offered:

• Basic salary between £55,000 - £60,000per annum
• 10% Commission on personal net billings

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:
