Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor, looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our Building Surveying team based within the Leeds office. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of existing projects and services across a range of sectors and can expect to join a vibrant team and inclusive office, delivering a varied range of building surveying commissions. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled building surveying professional looking to take on a new challenge.
The post holder will assist in generating fees through the management and development of existing and new clients, to contribute towards the achievement of the financial and other objectives of the Building Consultancy Team. This opportunity will be focused on driving further growth and technical expertise within the office.

What will it take to be successful?
You will be a chartered building surveyor with extensive industry experience. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to seek and build relationships with new and existing clients. You will also have excellent time management skills, sound technical competence and good working knowledge of all relevant legislation. You’ll also have a clean driving license.
