We complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors across the UK, providing nationwide coverage with local knowledge.

We are part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, which includes Your Move, Reeds Rains, and PRIMIS. Our clients include lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, estate agents, and private customers.

We are seeking additional RICS-accredited Residential Surveyors nationwide to support the growing volume of Mortgage Valuation work for leading UK lenders. Our extensive network allows us to offer the most comprehensive postcode coverage, reducing travel time and increasing survey efficiency.

About You

You should be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying, including Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.
