My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide Tech Bar support, delivering an excellent on-site user experience. The successful candidate will offer approachable, face-to-face technical assistance to staff across the business.
It s a friendly, service-driven environment where IT support meets customer care. You ll assist users with device issues, software troubleshooting, connectivity problems, and account support.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users across the business.
- Manage and resolve walk-up requests, ensuring timely and effective service.
- Onboard new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Manage and resolve an excess of IT support tickets in a timely manner.
- Configure, deploy, and support end-user devices.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft stack, including Office 365 (administration and support).
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory (user account management and support).
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems (administration and troubleshooting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage with users at all levels of the business.
