As a Platform Engineer, you'll be crucial in building and maintaining the infrastructure and tooling that empowers product teams to deliver a high-performance fintech application. You will focus on ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance, proactively identifying improvements, and collaborating to optimize a high-traffic service. This role drives resilience and best practices across the engineering organization.

• Be an integral part of a platform team, shaping the core infrastructure for a high-traffic fintech service
• Join a well-funded, VC-backed platform poised for significant growth and impact
• Drive a culture of reliability, resilience, and performance optimization across a rapidly scaling engineering organization

• Build and iterate on platform tooling and best practices, including SLIs/SLOs, for deep performance understanding
• Identify and test for potential scaling challenges across codebase, compute, and data infrastructure
• Develop and optimize Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and manage deployment pipelines in CircleCI

• 4+ years in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering roles, specifically with high-traffic services
• Deep, hands-on expertise with Amazon EKS/Kubernetes, RDS/Postgres, and Redis
• Proven track record in setting SLIs/SLOs and conducting error-budget reviews
