Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking a CONTRACT SOFTWARE ENGINEER with enhanced DV clearance for multiple contract opportunities across the UK. This role involves working with agile teams to design, deliver, and manage bespoke software solutions across various tech stacks including Java, Python, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software development and a background in automation. Competitive daily rates are offered, with roles available across the UK including Cheltenham and other locations.
Qualifications
- Current enhanced DV clearance.
- Experience with at least one of the following: Java, Python, C++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, React.
- Experience mentoring juniors or leading teams is nice to have but not essential.
- Experience/Knowledge of automation.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver packages of bespoke work.
- Work with agile teams and liaise with customers.
- Manage full software development life cycle from requirements capture to implementation.
