A technology company in Cambridge is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive support from 1st to 3rd line for over 100 users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active Directory, as well as strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with expertise supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Windows Server, Active Directory, Veeam and MDM. Depth will range from 1st line user support and day-to-day troubleshooting to 3rd line diagnostics and root cause analysis.
