Staff Software Engineer

Product-Focused | Full Stack | TypeScript | React | AWS | Health & Wellbeing Scale-Up

London | Hybrid (2 days/week in-office)

Up to £120,000 (DOE) | Mid, Senior & Staff Levels

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years’ experience in full stack engineering (we’re hiring across multiple levels).
• Deep TypeScript skills with commercial experience in full stack environments.
• Product-minded engineers who think beyond the code to what users need.
• Iterative and agile thinkers who value speed, learning, and improvement.
• Great teammates – empathetic, collaborative, and excited to learn together.

Bonus Points For

• React expertise, building iOS/Android apps at scale.
• Backend engineering experience with Node.js, GraphQL, AWS & serverless architectures.
• Previous experience in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Interest or background in health, fitness, or wellbeing.
• Contributions to open source or side projects.
