As a Customer Service Executive, you will be speaking with customers mainly over the telephone for one of their clients, handling a range of automotive queries. The role will also involve dealing with claims from start to finish, ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times. You will also be responsible for managing incoming emails and maintaining a busy inbox.
Previous customer service experience (from a range of backgrounds). A confident telephone manner. Passionate about customer service and providing the best level of service. Driven and dedicated to the customer journey. A good team player.
