Job summary

A growing training provider is looking for two full-time Learning Coaches based in Warrington. In this role, you will coach and mentor apprentices, deliver structured feedback, and manage a caseload of around 40 learners. The successful candidate will have a passion for development and prior coaching or mentoring experience. This position offers a salary between £32,000 and £40,000 per annum, a quarterly bonus, and a hybrid working pattern, ensuring flexibility and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Passion for learning, development, and apprenticeships.
• Experience coaching or mentoring learners or colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor apprentices throughout their apprenticeship journey.
• Deliver structured feedback and personalised development support.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 learners.
• Facilitate milestone reviews with learners and employers.
