Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a residential home for children.
  • Desirable assessing qualification (CAVA/D23/A1) or willingness to obtain.
  • Desirable teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, or equivalent) or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a caseload of learners through their apprenticeship.
  • Observe and provide feedback on learners' evidence throughout their apprenticeship.
  • Support learners to achieve functional skills level 2 in English and Maths.
  • Identify and support learners with additional learning needs.
