Qualifications

  • Lean or Six Sigma green belt or equivalent process improvement experience.
  • Experienced in delivering process improvement or process change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate clear problem statements and define the scope of analysis.
  • Analyse current processes using Lean techniques for improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
  • Embed continuous improvement practices within teams.
  • Coach and develop stakeholders in process improvement.
  • Use process mapping tools to model future ways of working.
