Job summary
A local fitness center in Lisburn is looking for a junior coach to assist the senior coaching team in delivering exceptional training sessions. Candidates must be confident in small group settings and knowledgeable about basic training principles. This temporary position offers up to 25 hours per week with competitive hourly rates depending on age. Ideal for those eager to learn and grow in their career.

Responsibilities
- Set up, demonstrate and coach correct exercise technique safely and effectively.
- Assist with gym maintenance, cleanliness and equipment set-up.
- Participate in ongoing staff training.
Skills

As a junior coach, you will assist our senior coaching team to deliver exceptional group training sessions. This role is perfect for someone who is recently qualified or early in their career but are eager to learn and develop.
- Set up, demonstrate and coach correct exercise technique safely and effectively.
- Assist with gym maintenance, cleanliness and equipment set-up.
- Participate in on-going staff training.
- Confident speaking in a small group.
- Knowledge of basic training principles.
- Must be able to work in a team.
- Experience in boxing, MMA or combat sports.
