We are currently searching for a Building Services Manager to join one of the world’s most successful main contractors. Covering a large array of sectors, this company specialise in major projects generally upwards of £100m in value. This particular scheme is valued at £150m and involves constructing a 500,000 sq. ft. office hub. This landmark commercial building will bring state-of-the-art facilities to the area and is due for completion in Q4 2022.
As Senior Engineer/Project Manager, you will be responsible for the external works of the project, including packages like hard & soft landscaping and utilities installation. You will oversee health & safety, monitor progress, and liaise with consultants to resolve design issues.
Required:
