Junior Front of House Manager | Full Time

The Role |

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support coaching and development, own your shifts to drive performance, and support the team to excel.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
• Enjoys running shifts, planning schedules, and coaching on the go
• Has an understanding of managing labour, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
• Recognizes and celebrates great performance on shift
