Job summary
A well-established construction company is seeking a Project Coordinator in Leeds. The role involves client interaction, managing paperwork, and supporting the team. Ideal candidates should have admin or coordination experience in construction or civil engineering, be detail-oriented, organised, and quick learners. This opportunity offers a permanent position with a standard workweek ending early on Fridays.
Responsibilities
- Front facing for customers and clients, dealing with questions over phone and in-person.
- Responsible for hard-copy and electronic filing.
- Dealing with expenses and relevant paperwork.
- Assisting the H&S Manager prepare files.
- Booking hotels for workers.
- Organising training for staff.
- Managing plant & vehicles.
- Placing orders for sites.
- Sourcing new suppliers and negotiating rates.
Skills
