Our mission is to empower clients to trade the world in the palm of their hand, leveraging advanced technology, intuitive interfaces, and world-class execution infrastructure.

ThinkMarkets is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to join our global marketing team. The candidate will be the central hub of the marketing department, responsible for the day-to-day coordination of campaign launches, creative asset workflows, and cross-departmental communication. Your mission is to ensure that every campaign is delivered on time, remains fully compliant, and is tracked accurately across our global regions.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Traffic Management
  • Own the marketing project calendar, ensuring all product launches and promotional activities are scheduled and tracked.
  • Facilitate the flow of creative briefs from the marketing team to the design and content departments, ensuring all requirements are clear.
  • Monitor project progress in real-time, proactively flagging potential roadblocks and helping the team stay on track to meet deadlines.
Workflow & Compliance Gatekeeping
  • Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and the Compliance department managing the submission and approval loop for all materials.
  • Ensure every asset follows the established SOPs and passes through the necessary approval processes before going live.
  • Help maintain an organized library of approved assets and compliance records for audit readiness.
Execution & Technical Support
  • Coordinate the setup of campaign tracking and ensure the Performance team has the necessary assets for deployment.
  • Work with the Web and Development teams to coordinate updates for landing pages and website updates.
  • Lead weekly scrums and meetings to provide the team with visibility on active projects and upcoming priorities.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly status reports by gathering project updates and basic campaign performance data.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, such as project boards and marketing documentation.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing project coordination, traffic management, or marketing operations.
  • Familiarity with the fast-paced, regulated environment of online trading or finance is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to act as a Scrum Master for the marketing team, facilitating sprint planning, managing backlogs, and ensuring the team remains focused on high-priority deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of how to use project management software (JIRA, Asana, or Monday.com) to drive efficiency.
  • A sharp eye for detail, ensuring creative assets meet brand standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, technical, and legal teams.
