We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst - TrakCare with a passion for implementation.

Nuffield Health Electronic Patient Record (NEPR) is a large-scale change programme, which is implementing the TrakCare EPR across all Nuffield Health hospitals. As a Change Analyst, you'll have responsibility for all elements of the change journey associated with the implementation of TrakCare into our hospitals.

As our Business Analyst - TrakCare, you will:

1. Engage with senior programme and Hospital stakeholders and support all hospital staff and consultants to understand and learn new ways of working, related to the use of the system. This includes related business and clinical processes and workflows.
2. Support the successful delivery of training for all staff, consultants, and other partners.
3. Track outcomes and evaluate the programme, making the necessary adjustments.
4. Have operational knowledge of processes in Hospitals either in a Clinical and/or Administration environment.
5. Be confident in managing change within large organisations ideally within a healthcare, non-clinical, clinical environment.
6. Be an effective stakeholder manager, communicator, and trainer, with evidence of adopting a flexible approach to suit the needs of different audiences.
