- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Document and analyse business processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
- Work closely with Project Managers to support the delivery of project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.
