At Stannah, we are pursuing an exciting program of transformation and growth, and we're searching for an energetic, detail-oriented and results-driven Business Analyst to join our dynamic and expanding team.

This job will involve documenting and analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and performance. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and that solutions align with company objectives. Experience with product development, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and project management methodologies would be desirable. As the Business Analyst, you will work full-time hours. This job is a permanent position. This job offers hybrid working to suit business needs. Candidates will be need to located within a commutable distance to Andover. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and results-driven professional who is passionate about driving change and optimising business operations. As a Business Analyst, it is essential to have experience analyzing and interpreting complex documents, with desirable proficiency in Microsoft Visio. This role requires someone who can work independently and confidently, demonstrating a proactive approach to managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. To be successful as the Business Analyst, it is essential that you have proven experience in business analysis and proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Document and analyse business processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to support the delivery of project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and system configurations.
