Licensed Mental Health Therapist | LMFT, LPC, LCSW

Licensed therapists in Virginia who want to combine flexibility with purpose. In this role, you’ll meet clients virtually, offering guidance through stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges. • Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
• $100,000 – $110,000 annually
• Full benefits package

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
• Build treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
• Monitor outcomes and adjust care approaches as necessary
• Document services in compliance with state and federal standards
• Collaborate with peers virtually to support clients holistically

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Strong telehealth communication skills
