You’ll work a steady weekday schedule while enjoying the benefits of a remote setup that allows you to stay balanced and focused on care.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
  • $100,000 – $110,000 annually
  • Full benefits package
Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
  • Build treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
  • Monitor outcomes and adjust care approaches as necessary
  • Document services in compliance with state and federal standards
  • Collaborate with peers virtually to support clients holistically
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
  • Strong telehealth communication skills
