Field Sales Manager - Fully Remote

Responsibilities
  • Serve and develop existing motor dealer accounts with excellent customer service while driving business growth.
  • Actively canvass and acquire new business from target dealer accounts in the designated territory.
  • Utilise a consultative sales process to win business from target accounts, including presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and overcoming objections.
  • Plan and manage your own diary to maximise effectiveness and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience as a Sales Manager, with proven ability to manage a team.
  • Experience in car dealerships or the motor trade is preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, self-confidence, and the ability to think on your feet; comfortable with cold-calling.

Work Schedule

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30. No weekends.
